The idea of “with you, not for you” is a favorite saying of mine, and it’s the Inzovu ethos. Just like we work together as a collective of talent at Inzovu, I work with my clients to collaboratively solve their hardest challenges. Together, we thrive on those challenges, and create a shared sense of responsibility, ownership, and value amongst all parties.

Throughout my career, I’ve been fortunate to learn alongside many amazing organizations and colleagues by tackling challenges together.
My work with startups, small and large businesses, governments, and nonprofits has provided opportunities to travel to places and work with organizations in North America, South America, Europe, Asia, and Africa. These project challenges, their geographies and culture have influenced my professional and personal perspective. I'm fortunate to call these people my partners, collaborators, and friends.

You don't need permission to be curious.
As a coach and teacher, I encourage those around me to ask questions, be curious, and lean in to allow themselves to fall in love with the problem. Embracing curiosity encourages thought and a focus on values and that meaning behind the questions–getting to the why of it all–is when real, positive change can occur.
