About

As the founder of Inzovu and UX for Good, my teams and I help you explore your purpose, we design for what matters, and together we build your future. We use a methodology I call “Think. Act. Teach” which establishes solutions that become sustainable and create long-lasting impact.

Our work isn’t measured by launching a new website, application or tool - those are simply outputs. We believe what we learn together and the outcomes we achieve are the most important metrics for success.

Designer and Tinkerer

For more than 20 years, I have applied design and innovation methods to help organizations create sustainable, lasting change. Always wondering “why” and leaning into curiosity has helped me guide others to design impactful solutions.

Entrepreneur and Activist

As the founder of Inzovu and UX for Good, I help elicit design thinking, problem solving, and solutions for organizations’ toughest challenges. By encouraging every voice in the room to give their opinions, I empower everyone to draw upon their individual experiences to inform new solutions.

Teacher and Coach

I teach the next generation of experience designers as an adjunct faculty member at DePaul University and mentor business leaders at the Junto Institute for Entrepreneurial Leadership. Beyond the classroom, I coach those around me to amplify great experiences, and leave the world better than we found it.

Giving Back to Make it Suck Less

When my daughter was two years old, she was diagnosed with Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia (ALL B-type). As a father and a designer, you reflect on the experience you’re having every day. You realize that while it’s stressful enough to help fight cancer with someone, the stress is further compounded by the fragmented and disconnected experience across all the organizations, processes, and systems involved.

This experience as a caregiver, parent, and designer caused me to alter the course of the class I teach at DePaul to partner with more pediatric cancer nonprofits.

Under my guidance, the DePaul University students and I have helped over 30 nonprofit organizations over the years. In the last five years, we’ve helped 23 pediatric cancer nonprofits across 26 projects that were focused on design and innovation. And we estimate the design impact of the work we’re doing is over $2.5M so far.

Today, my daughter is done with treatment, and our work to give back, make the hard times suck less, and partner with pediatric cancer nonprofits continues.
